Job Description
Outpatient surgical facility is looking for Receptionist/ Office assistant to manage front office for ambulatory endovascular procedures. Minimal prior experience and training required and training on the job offered.
We can work with your level of experience and training. Part time, early career and inexperienced applicants are welcome. Ongoing commitment would be required.
Strong communications skills, work ethics and added experience in insurance authorization and procedure room skills would be a bonus qualification.

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your core skills in clerical tasks, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will be essential in managing daily operations. Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
• Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient records with coordination with in house billing department.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for various office management tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1+.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
