Job Description
Ensure visitors sign in, and direct them to the correct meeting rooms or to the concerned person
Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, such as letters, packages, and documents.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
Assist with preparing meeting rooms for events or conferences.
Provide general administrative support to other departments as required
Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.
Manage the front desk and assist with receiving and dispatching incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinate with the Admin team regarding received orders and dispatches.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
