This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is willing to go above and beyond
2 or more years in a customer service or an administrative support role
Adequate knowledge and experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Organized, detail oriented, multi-tasked, self-motivated, and strongly collaborative
Ability to lift 20lbs
Benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $20 – 25
Compensation will be based on experience
Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Responsibilities
Description:The Receptionist/Office Admin is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring
Answer phones
Light filing,
Assisting with different office duties
Collecting credit card receipts and expense reports
Managing all office issues (ex
Plumbing, keys made, etc)
Distribute mail and faxes
Coordinate mailings including overnight shipments, certified mail
Assist office staff, i.e. memos, labels, spreadsheets
Daily interaction with office and field personnel
Ordering & maintaining inventory of office supplies
Maintain office equipment and assist others with usage
Other duties as assigned
