We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle visitor check-in, security protocols, and appointment scheduling.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and vendor management.
• Support internal communication and assist with meeting room bookings.
• Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company services.
