Receptionist/Customer Service Officer
Job Description
MedHealth is a leading group of health, medical and employment brands focused on delivering better outcomes for individuals and organisations. ASSESS Medical Group provides independent medical and non-medical expert opinions to legal and insurance clients.
As part of the Client Services team, you’ll deliver a high-quality, client-focused experience by coordinating independent medical assessments and supporting consultants and clients throughout the process. You’ll also ensure visitors feel welcome and supported.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisation
Liaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processes
Prepare and manage medical files for appointments
Provide administrative support to consultants
Respond to client enquiries (reports, invoicing, status updates)
Conduct outbound calls to promote services and increase referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
Support team activities, including reception duties as needed
Qualifications
About You
Positive, friendly and client-focused approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexible, with strong prioritisation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in case management/medical reporting (desirable)
