We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Female receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.)
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing office supplies
Support other departments with clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Marathi language is compulsory
