Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Martyr G.R Academy, Bhakti Nagar, Dhaliyawas Chowk, Rewari, Haryana.
Terms/Appraisals/Perks: It's a Full time/Permanent Job. Performance based appraisals within one year or before, if candidate is deemed exceptional.
Timings: 8:30am to 5:00pm.
About the role: We are searching for a dependable front desk executive who can manage the day to day workings of the reception, greetings potential admissions and parents and their wards and provide them general information and can act as an assistant to the Director/Principal.
Receptionist/Administrator Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the reception area
• Welcoming visitors and solving their problems
• Providing general administrative support.
• Handling basic enquiries and mails.
• Maintaining documents and records up to date as directed.
• Having knowledge of basic computer skills such as E-mails, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and internet tools for doing various tasks.
