This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our facility, helping to ensure an exceptional experience for every member and client who walks through our doors.
About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front desk.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing all incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately
• Welcoming clients and members warmly and professionally
• Handling retail sales, payments, and customer transactions
• Overseeing diary management and general admin duties
• Maintaining entry control and monitoring facility access
• Ensuring all tasks are completed during each shift to the highest standard
• Upholding high customer service standards at all times
Work Schedule:
This role operates on a rotating roster and may include the following shift times:
• Morning shifts: Between 4:30 AM and 1:00 PM on weekdays
• Afternoon/evening shifts: Between 1:00 PM and 8:00
PM on weekdays
• Weekend availability: Alternate Saturdays or Sundays may be required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professionalism in handling customer queries and complaints
• Confidence in managing phone calls and in-person interactions
• Flexibility with availability and shift patterns
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in sales and a passion for promoting products and services
• Reliable personal transport
• A high level of reliability and responsibility
