Receptionist

Responsible to greet all Guests, visitors and Auditors as soon as they arrive at the office. (Visitor Management)

Preparing update calendars and schedule internal/external meetings.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material e.g. pens, forms and brochures etc.

Inform respective department head to attend the guest/visitors.

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.

8. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
