Dental Receptionist – ABC Dental (Westfield Bondi Junction)
Location: Westfield Bondi Junction, Sydney NSW
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible options available)
Are you a people person with a warm smile and a passion for patient care? ABC Dental, a modern and friendly dental practice located in the heart of Westfield Bondi Junction, is looking for an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our growing team!
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will be responsible for:
Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
Managing appointments and the daily schedule
Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS)
Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administration
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in dental or medical reception (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and administrative skills
A proactive and organised approach to work
A friendly, calm, and professional manner
