We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to guide prospective students and candidates through the admission process for our skill development and training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Counsel candidates regarding courses, skill development programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Coordinate with training centers and operations teams for smooth onboarding of candidates.
Resolve candidate queries and provide end-to-end admission support.
Conduct telephonic counseling sessions and career guidance discussions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admission Counseling, Customer Service, or Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
