Receptionist telecaller

Join Skinaa Clinic and be the voice of our skin clinic. We're looking for a Telecaller fluent in Malayalam to assist our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow-up.
• Educate clients on our services and products.
• Maintain client records and gather feedback.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Malayalam.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused and organized.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
