We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a contract position in New Westminster, British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and handling administrative tasks with care. The successful candidate will help keep the office running smoothly by assisting visitors, managing communications, and maintaining an orderly workspace.Responsibilities:• Welcome guests and provide a courteous, organized first point of contact for the office.• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries in a timely manner.• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and common office area.• Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, document handling, and file organization.• Monitor shared calendars and help coordinate appointments or meeting schedules as needed.• Respond to routine email correspondence and support day-to-day office communication.• Work closely with team members to ensure front-office activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
