Receptionist & Office Coordinator
Job Description
The Receptionist & Office Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of our Brisbane Head Office. You’ll be the welcoming face of the business and the organisational heartbeat that keeps our workplace running seamlessly.
The Role
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception area and office
Present a professional and personable image of the Company
Perform office administrative duties and tasks to a high standard and in an efficient manner
Key Accountabilities
Reception
Answering all incoming calls
Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival
Collection, opening and distribution of mail
Organising courier deliveries and collections
Daily newspaper distribution
Office Coordination
Travel management, ensuring compliance with company Travel Policy
Expense reconciliation
Arrange refreshments and catering requirements for internal meetings
Coordinate office maintenance,
Manage building access passes
Manage the allocation and records for company supplied carparking
Maintain a professionally kept office at all times
Provide general administrative support
Manage office storage solutions, including offsite storageand archiving process
Management of office supplies including stationery and grocery orders
Distribution of company clothing
Manage office recycling including paper, toner, and batteries
Manage Bunnings Powerpass account
Maintain office kitchen, including stacking and unpacking dishwasher, refilling supplies, and general tidiness
Running errands as required
Key Experience Required
Minimum 12 months related experience in a similar role is preferred
Professional, friendly demeanour
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Intermediate competency across the Microsoft Office suite.
