Navthera is an advanced physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre opening soon in Jaipur. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors
Manage appointments and patient registrations
Handle billing, payments, invoices, and basic cash management
Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and front desk operations
Coordinate with therapists and ensure a smooth patient experience
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and billing knowledge
Well-groomed, professional, and patient-focused
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, clinic, or customer service roles preferred
