This is more than a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Your Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly by:
Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth
Processing invoices and payments
Managing clinic email correspondence
Providing outstanding customer service
Preparing treatment rooms between patients
Cleaning treatment beds and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment
Supporting daily administrative operations
Working closely with practitioners to keep the clinic running efficiently
Managing projects and timelines
Social media marketing through instagram and facebook
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
We would love to hear from applicants who also have experience or interest in:
Social media management
Content creation

Graphic design
Photography or video editing
Website or technology experience
