Job description
The school receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The receptionist will manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, scheduling appointments, and managing school supplies.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
