The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing customer service. Additional duties include managing appointments, maintaining office supplies, and performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills- Proficient in basic Clerical Skills- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills- Friendly and professional demeanor- Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations efficiently- High school diploma or equivalent;
additional qualifications are a plus- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
