Qualification Graduate with basic computer knowledge Experience 1-5 Years Key responsibilities Front desk management Serving as the first point of contact for visitors parents students and staff providing a welcoming and skilled first impression This includes directing people to the correct person or office Communication Answering and screening phone calls and taking messages or routing calls as needed Responding to general inquiries from the public parents and staff Relaying important messages and information between teachers parents and administration Administrative and clerical tasks Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages Photocopying and performing other office duties as required Support for staff and students Providing general administrative support to teachers and other staff Assisting students with administrative needs Skills Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for interacting with diverse students and stakeholders Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Flexibility to work as needed is often required for recruitment events and application reviews Job Type Contractual Temporary Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
