Salary - 8 - 10k (Negotiable)

Work experience - 6 months - 1 yr min.

We are seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive impression for our clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and exceptional organisational abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and route them to the appropriate person or department.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
• Manage the company's general email inbox and distribute correspondence as necessary.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
• Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organising documents.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information when needed.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and events as requested.
• Uphold the company's image and values through professional behaviour.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when dealing with issues that may arise.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Customer service-oriented approach.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
