Job Summary
Reliance Animation Academy is seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front office operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to guide prospective students regarding the academy's courses and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the academy.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and counseling sessions.
Maintain visitor records and student inquiry registers.
Coordinate with faculty and counselors for appointments and follow-ups.
Telecalling Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases.
Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, and walk-ins.
Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Convert inquiries into admissions through regular follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM or inquiry register.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English).
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Education Counseling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Incentives may be offered based on admission conversions.
Working Hours
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
6 days a week (Weekly off as per academy policy)
