Reception & Front Desk Jobs in Rohtak
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain visitor registers and coordinate front office activities

Back Office & Admin Support Job in Rohtak
• Perform data entry and maintain client and document records
• Assist with visa and immigration documentation support
• Handle emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination
• Maintain Excel sheets, CRM, and office files
• Support management with daily administrative tasks

Eligibility & Skills Required to Apply Visa office jobs in Rohtak
• Female candidate preferred
• Basic to good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Experience in visa/immigration consultancy is an advantage (not mandatory)
