Responsibilities
The role of Receptionist at The Michaels Organization is a pivotal front-facing position that supports the efficient operation of the property management office
This full-time, hourly role with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour involves serving as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, guests, and external callers
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, providing outstanding customer service to residents, scheduling events, coordinating contractor services, and managing maintenance requests, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
Candidates for this position will be expected to exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use basic computer applications effectively
In addition to greeting and assisting visitors, the Receptionist will support the Community Manager with various administrative duties, including entering work orders and invoices into company systems, ordering office supplies, and filing documents
The position also offers opportunities to assist with planning special events and working on special projects as assigned
Attention to customer service, organizational skills, and multitasking capabilities are crucial for success in this role
