Job Description
✨ Join Our Premier Aesthetic Clinic as an Experienced Clinic Coordinator! ✨
Offer: 3 month Casual Engagement with goal to transition to Fulltime at the end of probation period. Some flexibility with this for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm (negotiable for the right candidate)

At Amanda Fritz Aesthetics, we need an experienced Clinic Coordinator who can ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and client journey's. You’ll be at the heart of our team, managing appointments, streamlining workflow, and providing essential support to our skilled nurses—all while delivering an exceptional client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Teachable & driven individual ready to take on a challenge & grow with us
Experience in Timely software is highly regarded but not essential
Healthcare support and assisting with clinic operations
Pro-active mindset
Drivers License and Car to run clinic errands
