Job Title: Hospital Receptionist & Billing Executive

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous, efficient, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Billing Executive to manage front desk operations and billing procedures at our hospital. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and must ensure a smooth registration and billing experience.

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:

Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
Answer incoming calls, provide information, and redirect as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth workflow
Billing Duties:

Generate bills accurately for outpatient and inpatient services
Ensure proper coding and entry of services rendered
Handle cash, card, UPI transactions, and issue receipts
Coordinate with insurance teams for claims processing
Maintain billing records and daily reports
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Any Degree (Commerce preferred for billing role)
0–2 years of experience in hospital/reception/billing (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital billing software
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
