Role Overview We are looking for a warm, responsible, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our centre. The receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming setting for children, parents, staff, and visitors, while also ensuring smooth front-desk operations and maintaining strict safety and security protocols. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet parents, children, visitors, and staff in a warm and skilled manner Guide visitors to the appropriate staff members or areas within the school Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Answer and direct phone calls appropriately Take messages and communicate them to the relevant team members Security & Safety Responsibilities Ensure that all visitors entering the school are verified and authorized Maintain strict visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures Monitor entry and exit at the school reception Escalate any suspicious or unauthorized activity immediately to the relevant staff Support child safety procedures during arrival and dispersal times Administrative Support Maintain attendance records and basic data entry on the computer Support with basic documentation and record keeping Receive and coordinate deliveries of food, materials, and other supplies Coordinate with housekeeping and centre staff when required Support day-to-day operational tasks at the centre Required Skills & Qualifications Basic spoken and written English communication skills Comfortable speaking with parents and visitors over phone and in person Basic computer skills (attendance entry, spreadsheets, email, etc.) Organized and detail-oriented Responsible, punctual, and skilled Friendly and approachable personality Working hours Login : 8 AM, Logout : 8 PM Week off : Friday Salary : Negotiable based on experience
