Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products or services and address customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Customer handling and relationship management
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
