Horsham, West Sussex
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 1pm, Expected hours: 20-25 per week
Hourly rate: from £12 per hour
We are looking for a receptionist/admin assistant to join our growing team. The candidate will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, peoples skills and administrative support.
Ideally a construction background is preferred, but bringing a positive can-do attitude to our friendly team is key.
Applicants must be over 18+years old.

Requirements:
• - Greet and welcome customers and deliveries in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform admin duties and data entry
- Knowledge of social media and content
- Complete and manage emails efficiently
- Confident multi-tasker
- Schedule diary appointments for Director
- Management of fleet vehicles, insurance, servicing etc
- Proactive positive attitude
- Organisation skills/attention to detail
