Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Receptionist / Legal Secretary will be a key point of contact for clients and visitors, providing outstanding front-line support while managing a variety of administrative and legal tasks
This role combines traditional receptionist duties with legal secretary responsibilities, including data entry, conflict checks, and report generation
Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and manage phone calls, directing them to appropriate personnel
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and processing
Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Conduct conflict checks to identify potential conflicts of interest
Run and prepare reports as requested by attorneys or management
Maintain and organize client files and records, both physical and electronic
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Assist with billing and timekeeping as needed
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary
