Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, scheduling)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
