Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Linkworld Infocom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, command over the English language, and the ability to greet and assist guests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and couriers.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or above.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
3. Gender Preference: Female.
5. Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in computer operations.
6. Command of English language
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
