Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Greeting and directing visitors.
Providing information and assistance to guests.
Managing the front desk, including answering phones and taking messages.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handling mail, faxes, and other administrative tasks.
Telephone Operator Duties:
Answering and transferring incoming calls.
Managing call queues and prioritizing calls.
Providing information to callers.
Taking messages and relaying them to the appropriate party.
Operating the PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) system.
Additional Duties:
May be required to perform other administrative tasks, such as filing, typing, and maintaining records.
May be involved in scheduling meetings and workshops.
May assist with other administrative or secretarial duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in operating telephone systems and related software.
Basic administrative skills, including filing, typing, and record-keeping.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of basic office procedures and practices.
May require previous experience in similar roles.
