Reception and Client Relations Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a welcoming and professional Reception and Client Relations Specialist to enhance our client engagement and support efforts. You will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and guests, providing them with a warm and hospitable experience, whether in-person or over the phone. This position plays a crucial role in supporting clients of the Network Office who are unassigned to an Advisor, ensuring they receive top-notch service and care.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Client Relations Center (CRC) Director and the Office Manager to deliver exceptional administrative support.
Responsibilities
Reception & Network Office Support
• Warmly greet visitors and direct them as needed.
• Professionally answer, screen, and connect telephone calls.
• Address basic policy owner and policy benefit inquiries when appropriate.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
• Efficiently receive and screen packages.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by the CRC Director or Office Manager.
• Participate in cross-training for other support roles.
Client Relations Center Support
• Update and maintain client data for CRC clients.
• Handle incoming service requests related to Northwestern Mutual products, appropriately redirecting inquiries as needed.
• Prepare and send communications to newly unassigned clients.
• Manage the reassignment of client files and records to Advisors as new relationships form.
• Proactively monitor the terminations pending list to engage with clients who are overdue on premium payments.
• Provide general administrative support, including reporting, activity tracking, and meeting preparation for the CRC Department and Digital Leads Program.
Qualifications
• Georgia Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
• Exceptional customer service skills rooted in hospitality.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner of new technologies.

Compensation
• Base salary: $38,000 - $46,000, based on experience.
• Bonus opportunities targeting 10% of total compensation.
