Wollongong Car Carriers is looking for someone for a full time Receptionist and Accounts Assistant. The position requires someone who is a team player and able to talk to customers on the phone and face to face.
Working from our office in Albion Park Rail, Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a small, dynamic team and your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Being the first point of contact of the business, including front office reception duties and managing incoming phone calls.
Entering jobs in from phone and email bookings.
Quoting on jobs and following up quotes
Assist with invoicing once jobs are complete
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Reconciliation
General office administration duties
Surveying customer cars on arrival
Maintain Stock spread sheets of storage vehicles.
The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience with Xero - Highly regarded
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong Microsoft knowledge, specifically Excel.
Training will be provided for our booking system. Previous experience using of Xero and talking to customers on the phone is a bonus but not essential.
