The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Material Handling team as a Receiving Clerk based in Bayswater. This full-time role is critical in ensuring goods are accurately and timely receipted into our system (JDE), supporting smooth operations across the Warehouse, Material Handling, and Accounts Payable departments. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly receipt goods into the JDE system.
Investigate receipt issues and resolve invoice queries.
Collaborate with internal departments to address receiving queries.
Correct receipt errors within the system.
Follow up with departments for outstanding information.
File and archive delivery dockets and container manifests in appropriate formats.
Process stock transfer files from 3PLs.
Ensure overseas container and airfreight receipts are correctly entered.
Receipt containers received at 3PLs.
About You:
Proven experience in data entry with a high level of keypunching accuracy.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
Committed to maintaining high accuracy and organizational standards.
