Real-World Evidence (RWE) Clinical Data Intern

Job description
Novartis India is hiring a Real-World Evidence (RWE) Clinical Data Intern for its Bengaluru team — a hands-on Data Science & Analytics internship for 2026 freshers and final-year students (0 years of experience). You will work on real world evidence rwe clinical data, building data pipelines, dashboards and machine-learning models with Python, SQL, Statistics alongside experienced data scientists and analysts. This is a 3-month in-office at Bengaluru programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through Novartis India's official careers portal — apply early as seats are limited. Responsibilities: Collect, clean and analyse large datasets for real world evidence rwe clinical data; Build models, dashboards and reports using Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning; Translate data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders; Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams on live projects. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS, IT, Statistics, Maths, Data Science) or equivalent; Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Statistics; Solid grasp of statistics, data structures and problem solving; Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
