Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage real-time order flow across our four busy pizza restaurant locations during peak weekend evening hours (Friday and Saturday, approx 5:00 PM - 8:30PM). This critical role ensures optimal customer satisfaction by monitoring incoming online orders and dynamically adjusting wait time estimates based on kitchen capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track all incoming online orders (takeaway and delivery) across four restaurant locations in real-time
Calculate current kitchen load by counting pizzas in the order queue
Adjust estimated wait times dynamically based on order volume and kitchen capacity to maintain accuracy
Ensure customers receive realistic, achievable wait time expectations
Coordinate timing information across multiple locations simultaneously
Maintain focus and accuracy during high-volume peak periods
Communicate any significant delays or capacity issues to restaurant management
Required Skills:

Strong numerical and analytical abilities
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Capacity to work calmly and efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Reliable and punctual (weekend evening availability essential)
Basic computer proficiency for monitoring online ordering systems
Good judgment and decision-making skills
All training provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
