Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided databases, digital inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Identify customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
Introduce ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, highlighting key features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer high-potential prospects to the sales team.
2. Customer Engagement & Follow-Up (30%)
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers and investors.
Build and nurture relationships with leads throughout the sales cycle.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
Re-engage dormant leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
3. Site Visit & Meeting Coordination (15%)
Schedule and confirm site visits, project presentations, and meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate with customers to ensure attendance and provide visit-related information.
Track visit outcomes and obtain customer feedback for further follow-up.
4. CRM Management & Documentation (10%)
Accurately update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of inquiries, appointments, and customer feedback.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
5. Reporting & Market Feedback (5%)
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Share customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends with management.
Support marketing and sales campaigns through customer outreach activities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
