Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Thane / Belapur Road
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and offers
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling (Real Estate preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of real estate industry
Ability to convince and handle objections
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
