As a Real Estate Team Leader at Chayanta Spaniol Realty, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team to success while providing outstanding service to our clients. Located in the heart of our operational area, this position is integral to driving sales and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in real estate.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients with a focus on maximizing value.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations throughout transactions.
Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Oversee property management activities as needed, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or management is required.
Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
