Position Summary Senior Manager - Real Estate

Responsibilities

Developing relationship with sales team of the respective developer

Organizing site visits of prospective buyers

Generation of leads through digital platform

Build relationship with internal channels for enhancing sales.

Acquire, nurture, grow and develop long term relationships and connects with high end clients

Follow up with the potential customers for arranging their visit to the Experience Centre / Site visits and providing end to end solutions.

Maintaining visibility in Ultra HNI network through social media platforms

Organizing regular training’s of RM’s regarding focused project

Designing attractive circulars and getting it circulated on regular basis.

Connecting with RM’s for generation of leads

Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors in the Luxury segment and workout appropriate strategies to tackle competition.

Qualifications experience

MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Sales & Marketing

3 - 7 years; experience in High value Real Estate

Relevant experience in Selling/Servicing HNIs / UHNIs.

Personal Traits & Competencies

High Customer orientation

System & process driven.

Having good contacts and network

Pleasant Personality

Good Command over language

Looking only local candidates in Delhi/NCR

We are looking for Sales Executive to initiate and generate sales, through existing & recent clients and with potential to build a solid revenue base for the company.

Responsibilities:
Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should have 1 - 3 years of experience of selling residential properties.
Candidates with experience in Independent Floors/ Builder Floors sales in Delhi Ncr will be preferred.
Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
Provide inputs to the marketing and product research team to build strategy.
Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.
Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Willingness to learn new skills and take new responsibilities.
Has a growth mindset, self motivated and passionate for sales.
Understanding clients requirements and creating a sales funnel.
Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentations to clients.
Organise meetings with prospective buyers and suggest properties best suited to them.
Follow up with clients and handle objections.
Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
Should have Excellent communication skills and be highly confident.
Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience:-
Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Real Estate.
Very Good business communication skills in English & Hindi.
Valuable interpersonal skills, target orientation and tactfulness.
Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customers satisfaction.
Has excellent problem-solving skills.
Decision Making & Self motivated
Working knowledge of MS Office , MS Excel.

Salary (₹3,00,000/- to ₹6,00,000/- per annum) +Incentives+travel allowances

6 days working including Sunday only Monday is fixed off

Only Immediate Joiner and currently based in Delhi/NCR will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
