The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client handling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Handle customer inquiries and provide expert property consultation. Conduct site visits and project presentations. Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable projects. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads until closure. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship management and customer handling abilities. Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Good knowledge of the real estate market. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
