• Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and marketing activities for reporting purposes
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and responding to inquiries
Skills
• Proven experience in marketing strategies tailored to real estate including adds, social media presence
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse clients effectively
• maintaining crm system and follow up with clients
• Excellent administrative experience with strong organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities with clear communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
