1. Manage and lead a team of real estate agents.
2. Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
3. Oversee the management of listings, sales and customer service.
4. Ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively.
5. Maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals and local community organizations.
6. Prepare and manage office budgets and finances.
7. Keep up to date with industry and market trends.
8. Participate in marketing and advertising activities to promote the office and its services.
+. Provide training and support to staff members.
10. Assist clients in buying, selling or renting properties.
11. Act as a liaison between clients and the office.
12. Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets and current industry trends.
13. Prepare and present property listings and sales presentations.
14. Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
15. Handle negotiations and complete transactions.
16. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
17. Keep clients informed of developments and progress.
Minimum Education: Graduation (commere background prefered)
Experience: Minimumb 1-2 years working
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
