Real Estate-Manager Sales, Team Leader, Executive Sales
We are hiring real estate professionals for our various offices in Gurgaon, and are looking for smart, self motivated individuals who have good communication skills, are confident, aggressive and have a flair for sales.
With full lead generation support, they would -
• Facilitate and enable clients to purchase, rent, and sell properties for a fair price
• Set appointments to meet with clients and sales team members to show the prospective properties
• Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process
• Guide clients through properties of interest and empha the features and benefits of the properties
• Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property
• Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
• Assess competition and competitive market prices through property comparisons
• Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market
• Research and explore local neighborhoods to ascertain various surroundings
• Keep updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects
• Analyze, check, maintain and update property/client lists and CRM systems
• Keep the management apprised of leads/sales through the CRM systems and direct team meetings
Required Candidate profiles
• Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales
• Professionalism, integrity, responsibility and accountability
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential
• Real estate sales experience is preferable, non real estate personnel must have very good sales credentials
• Knowledge about Gurgaon real estate market will be a plus
• Persistent and proactive
• Excellent communicator
• Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
• Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team playing ability
• Enjoy networking and meeting new people
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Desire to learn
