Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investor Manger at FirstLease. The Real Estate Investor Manager will be responsible for working with investors, identifying investment properties, conducting financial analysis, developing and implementing investment strategies, negotiating deals, and managing the investment portfolio. The Real Estate Investor will also be responsible for market research, assessing property values, and making recommendations on investment opportunities in Delhi and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications
• Experience in real estate Inventory Management
• Knowledge of investment properties and real estate markets
• Experience working with investors and managing portfolios
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in commercial real estate in Delhi and the surrounding areas is a plus
