This is not a desk job. It's a dynamic, hands-on role that combines logistics, project coordination, design execution, and physical work. You'll play an integral role in transforming properties into beautiful, market-ready homes that help clients achieve exceptional results.


We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This position is best suited for an experienced staging professional who understands the pace, expectations, and rewards of the industry.

Compensation:
$28 hourly


Responsibilities:
Property Assessment & Planning

Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to assess property layouts, architectural features, and staging opportunities
Develop customized staging concepts aligned with the property's style, target buyer demographic, and project budget
Create design plans, mood boards, furniture layouts, and sourcing recommendations for client approval
Identify opportunities to maximize visual appeal, functionality, and marketability
Design & Styling Execution

Select, coordinate, and style furnishings, artwork, décor, textiles, and accessories to elevate each property's presentation
Create inviting, aspirational spaces that highlight key architectural features, enhance flow, and foster an emotional connection with prospective buyers
Adapt staging strategies to suit a variety of property types, including vacant homes, occupied homes, luxury residences, condominiums, and show homes
Ensure all installations reflect the company's design standards and brand aesthetic
Inventory Management & Logistics

Coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of staging inventory
Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring all furniture and décor items are clean, well-maintained, and ready for deployment
Monitor inventory levels, track asset usage, and assist with repairs, returns, and procurement needs
Support warehousing operations and logistics to ensure efficient project execution
Client & Realtor Relations

Collaborate with homeowners, Realtors, developers, photographers, and other industry professionals to align project goals and timelines
Prepare and present staging proposals and recommendations with confidence and professionalism
Provide guidance regarding decluttering, cosmetic improvements, repairs, and paint selections when appropriate
Foster strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships
Project Coordination

Coordinate staging installations, de-staging schedules, and project turnover timelines
Work closely with delivery teams, movers, and assistants to ensure efficient, safe, and professional installations
Proactively troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement solutions as needed
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet established quality standards
Final Presentation & Quality Control

Conduct comprehensive final walkthroughs to ensure every detail is photo-ready, including lighting, furniture placement, bedding, accessories, and finishing touches
Prepare properties for real estate photography, videography, open houses, and client presentations
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency across all staged properties
Additional Responsibilities

Source and purchase furniture, décor, artwork, and staging supplies as required
Assist with marketing initiatives that support business development, client acquisition, and referral generation
Provide support on interior design installations, decorating projects, special events, and content creation opportunities
Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance company processes, client experiences, and overall operational efficiency

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and confidence navigating throughout the city
Reliable, punctual, results-oriented, and driven by a strong work ethic
Professional, polished, and impeccably presented with a keen sense of style
Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building strong client relationships
Physically capable of staging-related tasks, including lifting and moving furniture (up to 50 lbs), navigating stairs, and assisting with installations and de-staging projects
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and approaches every task with enthusiasm and a team-first attitude
Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve internal processes, always asking, "How can I make this better?"
