Job Description
Urgent Requirement for a Leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai
Job Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive – Event Manager
Will be organising and managing events for all site locations.
Budget: Up to 6 LPA basis last drawn
Shift Timing: Day Shift
10:00 am. to 7:00 pm.
Working Days – 6 days
Week offs – 1 weekoff on a roaster basis between Monday to Thursday
Education Qualification: H.S.C OR Graduate
Experience Required: (No of years): 3-5 yrs +5 yrs
• Additional Technical Skills / System Knowledge:
•Basic Excel and email etiquettes
•Good communication and negotiation skills
• Job Responsibility / Key Result Areas:
1. Overall planning and execution of events.
2. Interaction with brands on a regular basis to come up with category-specific events & support them with any requirements.
3. To Ideate, Conceptualize, Execute & manage in-house events on a weekly monthly, and yearly basis.
4. Vendor Management, Budgeting, Costing, and Barter for events and promotions.
5. To make event calendars each month for customer engagement and new business development.
6. Must be able to develop own marketing strategies to boost in-house brand business and revenue.
7. Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
8. Market Research: Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify opportunities for brand expansion and differentiation.
+. Brand Positioning: Define and refine brand positioning to resonate with target audiences and drive brand loyalty.
10. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
11. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly
