About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to represent and promote the interests of the firm while ensuring smooth coordination between leads, sales, and data management. This role plays a key part in building a strong lead pipeline and maintaining accurate operational systems, ultimately contributing to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

Research and identify potential client leads through various online platforms and channels
Initiate calls with leads to understand their requirements in detail
Verify and qualify leads before forwarding them to sales executives
Ensure only relevant and high-quality leads are passed on for further action
2. Lead Coordination & Follow-ups

Share verified leads with sales executives promptly
Take regular follow-ups with sales executives to track lead progress
Maintain clear communication between the sales team and lead pipeline
3. Data Management & Accuracy

Conduct tele-calling with buyers, sellers, and developers to maintain updated market data
Ensure all client and developer information is accurate, updated, and well-organized
Maintain records in CRM systems, Google Drive, or internal databases
4. Portal & Listing Management

Manage and update property listings on real estate portals
Handle inquiries received from portals
Optimize listings and profiles to maximize visibility and lead generation
5. Social Media Management

Manage company social media accounts
Create, schedule, and post engaging content regularly
Assist in improving online presence and brand visibility
6. Documentation Support

Prepare and organize documentation related to real estate transactions as required
Assist in maintaining proper documentation records
Key Skills Required

Strong communication and tele-calling skills
Good understanding of real estate processes (preferred)
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Drive, and real estate portals
Social media handling and content coordination skills
Ability to multitask and follow structured processes
Job Type: Full-time
