Job Title: Real Estate Analyst (Developer Relations & Funding)
Location: Bandra BKC, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–6 years in Real Estate Sales / Developer Relations
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Analyst with strong experience in real estate sales and developer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding real estate developers for funding opportunities across upcoming and ready unsold inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with real estate developers across targeted markets
Pitch funding solutions for:
Upcoming residential projects
Ready but unsold inventory
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends, project viability, and developer credibility
Evaluate project details including financials, sales velocity, and inventory status
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and operations) for deal structuring and execution
Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from sourcing to closure
Prepare presentations, proposals, and investment notes for clients and stakeholders
Maintain a pipeline of potential deals and ensure timely follow-ups
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales / developer sourcing / channel partner network
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and funding structures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to approach and engage with developers confidently
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate projects and financial viability
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage
Existing network with developers and builders will be highly preferred
